Pros

It is well paid with great opportunities and the 18 month graduate scheme is a great way to start in the business

Cons

Sometimes we are expected to be more flexible than we would like but we signed up knowing this so it wasn't a big surprise

It's a great working atmosphere, very flexible and the work is challenging, interesting and important to the whole nation, with lots of opportunities to progress your career.

Cons

Being a big company that has been doing this for a long time, it can be a little set in its ways.
