Lots of opportunity to move around in the company Great benefits for your family Very flexible work environment Friendly people Not at all stressful

Cons

Company jumps from one operating model or management style to another all the time. Will we still be doing Process Excellence, Performance Excellence, and Performance Hubs in 2 years? 5 years? 10 years? Maybe. No. Definitely not. Company is running out of money and can't file a rate case because our finance/accounting system doesn't work. Company brings in new executives to freshen up the place, but they all get broken by the old-timer executives and made to conform.
