Pros

1. Wonderful working environment. 2. Leaders are approachable and accessible. 3. Standards and all related documentation are very well maintained and easy to access, with good support available when needed. 4. Very diverse and inclusive work environment. 5. Managers and leaders always listen and actively try to resolve issues—even those outside their direct control—by using their influence to help achieve positive outcomes.

Cons

1. Limited IHS and ILR support for overseas employees’ family members. 2. While support is provided for employees, the lack of accommodation for family members places additional emotional and financial burden on overseas staff, which can affect morale and overall wellbeing. Addressing this would help employees feel more supported and better able to focus and perform effectively at work.
