Opportunity to move up, If you want. Great work life balance when compared with other companies in the area. Management legitimately cares about your well being and is interested in your success. Many different avenues open up for you to go down once you’re in the door.
Cons
It’s a utility, it can involve long days / hours when emergencies come up, but you are well compensated for it (unlike a few other utility companies). The work can be stressful when dealing with the different personalities involved, but it’s nothing out of the world crazy. Pros far outweigh the cons.
