A well-organised company

Pros

National Grid undertook Scheduling & Management software update roll-out that was very well organised. IBM did the overall project management, Wipro (India) the development and QA Training the end-user training. Would that all roll-outs were as well-managed as this one!

Cons

Hot desking for all; no litter bins allowed, but some people will argue these are good ideas...
