Pros

Flexibility at work to balance family and time, stable job.

Cons

Lip service when comes to employee retention. Does not pay employee the cost of living raises. Currently the management bullies people to say what the management wants to hear. The salaries are getting worse with time. Management preaches one team but considers their staff worthless when it comes to them getting decent compensation while paying themselves good bonuses.

Pros

In such a big company there are a lot of opportunities to get involved with different assignments and learn new skills as long as you are self-motivated.

Cons

There seems to be a culture of mediocrity without much incentive to exceed expectations. Long time employees are focused on resisting change while younger employees are expected to fall in line.
