Pros

The company has fair benefits and is pretty stable based on the industry it is. Most of the people you work with are nice.

Cons

You are treated like a cog. Strapped to your desk, pushing a button to go to the bathroom, spoken to if the boss thinks you have spent to much time in "personal"-ie going to the bathroom!
