Pros

Salary, Benefits, Friendly People to work with, Strategy and Objectives of management, Evolution of the processes, Focussed on the energy market and the changing landscape of sources connecting to the Grid.

Cons

Employee engagement has tried to be tackled though the employee survey but still a gap in emplooyee support for the direction the company is being taken.
