There is a vast array of people who are absolutely fantastic.

DO NOT HAVE A SIGNIFICANT OTHER OR CHILDREN. This organization, at a corporate level, is pushing safety and cultural initiatives that align with current work cultures. However, at the operational level/location, that couldn't be further from the truth. Management is of an age where the they, being a manager, is always right and the employee is always wrong and is out to get them or their job. The organization refers to itself as a the one team, but the health insurance is terrible. How can an organization be a team, but offer some of the least competitive health insurance. Oh, and the the vacation and paid sick time? It's "available", but don't you dare use it. If you're single, with no family, no health issues, and enjoy a hypocritical/old school work environment, this is the place.
