There is a lot of room for career growth in National Gypsum. You can get hired off the street with no certs or licenses and work your way into management or corporate with dedication and focus. Safety is taken very seriously in this company.

Cons

Hours can be long and difficult for people with families. Benefits are not the greatest, but they're pretty decent.
