      Pros

      At National they like to promote within. A very family oriented company to work for. Great co-workers that work as a team. The atmosphere in our corporate office can sometimes get stressful, but not too stressful where we forget to laugh. There is someone always willing to assist you and answer your HR/Benefits questions that you may have. I have worked for National for almost 3 years and I couldn't imagine being anywhere else. I am lucky to work for a wonderful boss and a very attentive owner who only wants to see his employees succeed.

      Cons

      I don't have a window in my office.

      Excellent company to work for

      Pros

      I love my job at National. The compensation is good, they have good benefits and there is almost a family like environment. When the president of the company can walk through a facility and say Hi to people by name that is pretty awesome. I was surprised to see some negative comments. If you are doing your job and doing it well no one bothers you.

      Cons

      There should be merit raises based on performance and not just across the board cost of living raises. The job is doable but more staff would make it even better. Its hard sometimes to take time off because its so busy.

      Pros

      Great company with great values and high expectations. I have worked here a long time and have been very happy. Very positive team atmosphere and supportive coworkers.

      Cons

      I would like more flexible work options in regard to scheduling like telecommuting part time. I would like management to consider merit based raises.
