Pros

Wonderful company culture, everyone truly wants you to succeed. Awesome benefits. Loved the work environment, friendly people. Work-life balance was easily achievable.

Cons

Cult-ish atmosphere at times. Some of the managers definitely play favorites. They can give conflicting feedback that can be confusing to sort through. Some departments have to work much longer hours than other full-time employees.

Pros

I get to solve complex engineering issues with some of the most motivated and genuine people I've ever met. I enjoy coming to work every day, and appreciate how there are pretty much no barriers between us and management.

Cons

Can't really think of any cons. You'll see a lot of complaints that the base salary is 'below market value' but I feel that the overall compensation package is well worth it.
