Pros

Great work atmosphere and culture within ELP. Ability to take on almost unlimited projects with every department in the company.

Cons

Management is not as transparent as it should be. If you are not pushed up, you are pushed out over time. Essentially an extended internship that boosts you to your next actual entry level job.
