Pros

You get on-the-job training and exposure to lots of customer applications and technologies. Many co-workers will be the same age, so in a way it's like an extension of college.

Cons

Young managers of varying quality can make your life excellent or hell depending on who your manager is. It's difficult to advance past a certain point. Starting salary is relatively low.

Pros

Open Approachable It is a good company and as an Engineer you will have a lot of different opportunities to growth

Cons

Most of the leaders in NI don´t know how to communicate and how to manage change. They let an employee now about a change in his employment thru a general communication without let the employee know there is a change. Individualism and politics all around the place All wanting to reinvent the wheel instead looking for somebody else work and recognize that effort.

Pros

Smart People. Support work/life balance. Good opportunities for advancement. Products help make the world a better place. Good benefits.

Cons

Salary not competitive. Has grown increasingly difficult to drive quick change. Very consensus driven, despite attempts to become RAPID.
