Pros

People are smart and friendly Used to pay well but not much in terms of rewards, bonuses etc

Cons

Management doesnt have clear goals. Some of the managers are downright horrible. They micromanage people. Not a lot of opportunity to grow. Not much in terms of salary hike, bonus etc

Pros

Great work life balance (at least in R&D), flexible schedule, good beenfits

Cons

Low compensation compared to industry standard, opportunities for growth and promotions tied strongly to your group management (you need someone fighting for you to move up, it seems)

Pros

This company does not do massive layoffs, which gives a lot of work stability. The salaries are competitive and comparable to the the major high tech companies

Cons

Headquartered in Austin, Texas, which is a great city. Has a very good location, great campus, very good food from the cafeteria, friendly atmosphere
