Pros

Laid back, friendly work hard get great incentives. Loved to improve myself to see what I could do and did succeed.

Cons

Management had their favorites, if they didn't like you they would find some way to push you out. They would say or talk behind your back to others and would say things that you never said.

Pros

NI hires great people, and has beer parties during the intern season and Engineering week. Developing for test and measurement gives the opportunity to work with a number of technologies.

Cons

Not new to anybody reading the reviews, NI offers low pay in a low growth field. Super low profit sharing or bonuses.
