Pros

The people that work here are top notch, high-quality people. There are definitely opportunities here for those starting their career to grow and gain valuable experiences.

Cons

The culture can tend towards mediocrity at times, especially with those that have been here for a long time and haven't progressed within the ranks of leadership. The company also is losing some of it's lustre as benefits get worse, but salaries stay the same with regards to companies within it's peer group of tech companies in Austin.
