Pros

Onsite health center/doctors, cafe, and athletic facilities. Flexible work from anywhere policy depending on group norms.

Cons

Lack of consistent leadership and planning. Consistent reduction in US head count (some increases in EU and MY). Constantly shifting message on long term growth plans. Several surprise re-organizations within the last 3 years due to senior leadership leaving. Yearly bonus calculation changes frequently(usually with a much lower payout result)

Pros

Evolving the business to serve more complex customer use cases and needs.

Cons

Too many strategies, without the resources to pursue all of them simultaneously.

Pros

NI has one of the best working cultures in the world. Very smart colleagues and motivated.

Cons

In 2019-2021 the company seems to have "lost its way." In an effort to focus on mainstream applications, NI has cut off the small and medium customers. No more product innovation. What a shame, NI is killing the goose that laid the golden egg.
