Nice people, pitiful compensation

Pros

Lots of growth opportunities. Awesome people. Neat projects.

Cons

Poor compensation culture - the idea that it’s normal to be paid significantly under market rate without increases for inflation is pretty consistent throughout the staff. Heavy focus on improving the company culture from employee to employee, but not from employer to employee. Not valuing employees by fair compensation sabotages the effort. Tons of meetings.

Pros

Salary is ok if you have high perspective private medical insurance personal days flexible schedule

Cons

Management play favorites event they denied Promotions are set to their favorites or if you have managers of other departments that like you not from your work. No life there only if you work from APAC they have all the holidays but if you work on AMER there is too much work and stress.
