Pros

Salary is ok if you have high perspective private medical insurance personal days flexible schedule

Cons

Management play favorites event they denied Promotions are set to their favorites or if you have managers of other departments that like you not from your work. No life there only if you work from APAC they have all the holidays but if you work on AMER there is too much work and stress.

Cons

Company is transitioning towards a more streamlined corporate environment. Expect a lot of good and bad changes.

Pros

Not forced work hours, if the job is done earlier then you are free to go. Not overwhelmed with tasks

Cons

Pay, even you don't have to work that much the pay is under industry avarage at IT. And they don't value seniors 90% of 5+ year experienced ppl are leaving all the time
