Pros

Good people work there, if they haven't been laid off. Exciting projects, if your manager is not a micro-manager.

Cons

Used to be a great company, with a great culture, now just another large high-tech company, that doesn't put their employees, first, second or even third.

Pros

The founder who has retired several years ago laid out the solid foundation of the company to "built to last" People are positive and encouraging in general

Cons

The company became big and making decisions for short term. Lay-off was common now vs. it was never done when the founder was in leadership.
