Pros

40-45 hours of work per week. Management provides autonomy to do your work (not micromanagement). Management respected people at all levels of the organization. Co-workers showed respect to each other.

Cons

Small group in at the Santa Clara facility (<30 people in operations) so no room for advancement. Operations shut down in 2022.

Pros

- Work/Life balance - Mentorship and investment in learning and development. For example, our department has increased L&D by 15% - Amazing people and teams that are kind (maybe to a fault) - Many reorganizations occurring - alignment with TSIA (technical support industry association) to enable better customer experience

Cons

- Information silos among internal organizations which makes supporting customer experience difficult - Not enough resources and head count - Many reorganizations occurring - slow moving
