Pros

NI has some of the most interesting people you'll meet

Cons

The amount of corporate bullcrap and doublespeak is truly staggering. Also, the phrase "develop a cult-like culture" features strongly.

Great place to start a career

Pros

Great place to start a career, plenty of opportunity to move out of the engineering graduate program into other departments. Large part of management have come up through the org and understand their teams roles.

Cons

Biased towards engineering and often with a "not invented here" attitude to any external views. Collaborative approach to many decisions means that change takes time..

Pros

There is a great culture at NI. I am encouraged to grow and learn new things. There is a lot of flexibility and I feel like management cares about helping me achieve my goals.

Cons

Pay is lower when compared to other similar companies. Medical benefits provided are not as good as they once were.
