Pros

Awesome People. Discussions are always technical. Good environment. Typically very smart. Usually fun loving. Usually good vibe existence

Cons

Non competitive benefits package as compared to peers. Frustrating when you compare with friends in other companies. Company says its competitive but the fact is its not.

Review for office job at NI

Pros

Convenient office hours, pay is good, staying in the good books of key people helps in the long run.

Cons

Specific roles have a growth path while other just do not. Office politics and gossip is in full swing since it is a small company. Chaotic in times of restructuring, perhaps what happens when a group of apparently smart people come together
