Pros

Very smart people. Excellent peers. These form the crux of the company. Their biggest strength continues to remain their choice of employees.

Cons

Not knowing how to utilize their employee base. Frequent changes in management decision making. Stagnation in positions.

Nice Company, Not Exciting

Pros

There were a lot of nice people, a fairly relaxed culture, and a really nice office location.

Cons

The company didn't show much growth and the yearly meeting was focused around convincing everyone that there wasn't a retention problem. This didn't seem like the up and coming exciting place to be, that it kept trying to convince people of.
