Pros

Very nice people in my team and throughout the company. Everyone is willing to help if you have any questions. Lovely company culture. Weekly parties out on the lawn. Trails around the office can be a fun walk if you have time. The CEO is a really cool guy.

Cons

The pay wasn't high for an intern. Work was sporadic and some days I had little to do.

Pros

Opportunity to work with smart people. Office location. (Bangalore)

Cons

Carrier growth is very less especially for a computer science professional after around 5-7 years in the company. Management is shamelessly biased towards few people. If you are in the good books of your manager you are recognized extensively even when you are doing average work. Otherwise there is no recognition. Management in Bangalore seem to focus only on short term results. There is a lack of long term vision. Many teams in Bangalore do not have any challenging work, which could be depressing for a core technical person after some time in the company.
