Pros

Eclectic group of talented and smart people with a desire to create a positive work culture.

Cons

Leadership is an issue. So much of NI’s talent is legacy and homegrown. Engineers running a Marketing organization. It’s not clear what motivates decision making and there is certainly some Management house cleaning that needs to take place.
