Pros

The company culture is casual and fun. There is a great work/life balance.

Cons

Because the company is so large, your experience really hangs on the quality of your manager and team.

Pros

The people at NI are great. This is the main reason to work here. The people are smart, kind and fun to work with.

Cons

The culture is changing. More and more politics. Lower salaries are becoming a problem with the changing culture.

Pros

Great work life balance (at least in R&D), flexible schedule, good beenfits

Cons

Low compensation compared to industry standard, opportunities for growth and promotions tied strongly to your group management (you need someone fighting for you to move up, it seems)
