Management doesnt have clear goals. Some of the managers are downright horrible. They micromanage people. Not a lot of opportunity to grow. Not much in terms of salary hike, bonus etc

Pros

Provides good work life balance. Provides decent benefits. Provides Great flexibility. Overall a good company to work for if money is not your prime motivation

Cons

The salaries have not kept up with the growth of Austin and as a result the company has fallen behind in terms of paying their IT employees

Pros

Cutting-edge technology, healthy and open culture, focus on providing career opportunities to top employees, relatively good compensation

Cons

Lacks organization and internal communication; too many ad-hoc and custom solutions in internal processes, too many junior employees in important roles.
