Pros

Management is competent. They provide lots of opportunity to provide feedback Lots of brilliant people. Work life balance is great. Great opportunity to work on really large and complex problems Benefits are great Salary is good. Culture is really good compared to other places

Cons

There are lots of engineers without much experience outside of NI.

- Brand new and beautiful office building with world-class gym equipped with Italian imports - You are free to do things the way you interpret their guidelines most of the time - Can go to work in shorts and slippers - Employee no need to pay a cent on insurance premium

Cons

- Lack of focus on employee career advancement - Hard to achieve performance bonus target - Average salary and low increment compared to other MNCs - Confusing local management culture with other MNC influence
