      Great place to start a career, lots of options and opportunity for growth. It's easy to find roles that stay interesting. Work-life balance is encouraged frequently.

      Cons

      Lots of competition from other talented employees, especially new hires.

      Pros

      Ability to work with very intelligent, fun people. Easy access to managers and executives. A very open culture. A family atmosphere that encourages work life balance. A strong corporate culture that people really believe in. Great benefits plan. Beautiful campus. Lots of internal opportunities to grow.

      Cons

      It may be difficult to maintain the culture and family feeling as the company continues to grow. Employees start to feel they are a number rather then connected with the company. Conservative on salaries and rewarding employees. Some politics at play as the company grows and managers create their own organizations.
