Pros

NI has a great culture, focusing on a great work/life balance. Everyone who works here is smart, which makes for a pleasant experience day to day.

Cons

The pay is average for the Austin area. Engineers are always right, so they can be difficult to work with at times.

Pros

Good salary offered to freshers

Cons

Your manager targets you if you do even the slightest mistake and your good work hardly gets appreciated. Senior members harass you even further till we decide to finally quit the job. Job profiles get saturated with very limited avenues for movement internally.
