Pros

Very laid back atmosphere, at least in my department. Lots of opportunities to get involved socially with co-workers. Having a cafeteria and a gym is very convenient.

Cons

As with most large corporations, slow to adopt to new methodologies and technologies. Since the company seems to target recent college graduates for new hires, there isn't as much influx of 'how other companies are doing things'.
