      Company itself is find but depends on who you get as a direct supervisor

      Pros

      financially stable company with sweet people

      Cons

      Sometimes people are in positions of management based on tenure and not actual leadership skills. For example, right now I have a new manager who likes to hold private meetings and threaten me on the side. It's sort of a luck of the draw, if you get a great manager, then your career is set. If you get a bad one, you will be capped until you figure something out.

      Lots of growth. Great potential if you're a recent grad Small company feel Opportunities to publish papers NI week is huge party but it happens in HQ

      Cons

      Low pay No bonuses due to bad management Layoffs have started to happen Manufacturing is now overseas which makes communication much harder

      Pros

      Great people with various backgrounds (great place if you are a Maker). Good benefits. Great culture. The CEO is a real down-to-earth kind of guy. You'll see him parking next to you in the parking lot, and in line with you in the cafeteria. Flexible work hours.

      NI has been below average in salaries. NI has been below average in salaries. Really, really below the average. Did I say NI has been below average in salaries? I would say it again and again.
