Pros

Great support from the management Colleagues who never stop trying to help A manager who is always ready to listen

Cons

The company is great in terms of benefits but monetarily, they could do better. This is just my personal opinion though !

Pros

The company manages to create a culture which cultivate close relationship among the workers, encourage workers to have fun with each other after working hours.

Cons

The salary is attractive, but the bonus and workers benefits are at losing edge when compared against other MNC.
