Pros

I absolutely loved working at NI. Mostly, because I was part of a great team and obviously it matters a lot with whom you are working with. The environment and the atmosphere is also quite creative and provides great opportunities to learn (courses on programming, presentation skills, MS skills etc.) At NI there is also the idea of open doors, which means that you can rotate to other departments openly.

Cons

As with all huge firms, miscommunication often happens which can be very hard to overcome and frustrating as well.
