Pros

- Good work-life balance - Loads of opportunities to travel - AE role is a Good place to learn about the products & NI platform - In a sales role, you get to interact with a broad customer base working on different applications

Cons

- Limited exposure to customers only who are in favour of the NI platform - Off late, the management is focused on revenue growth at the expense of employee satisfaction - Opportunity to grow is subject to people leaving as not expanding too rapidly
