Lot of R&D and opportunity to change field . No work timings hardly any restrictions on what u wear what u do ...freedom to work from any where ...

Cons

Salary is not paid according to exp. freshers get the same sometimes and as the company still in growing phase and small getting a managerial position might take long time

freedom to think and innovate young generation of people with new ideas balanced life and work ratio great ceo with vision

Cons

lagging behind the curve on latest technology products payscale not in par with industry (pays 20% or so less) lack of external/experienced individuals from other companies too much text book approach
