Pros

Family friendly culture. Fairly flexible work schedules. Decent Benefits. No history of Layoffs so a stable place to work. Relaxed office environment.

Cons

Terrible pay compared to competitors. Benefits used to be stellar but have declined in value over time. Culture is based on consensus and is slow to react and to make decisions.
