Most hourly employees are no longer eligible for a bonus. Changed insurance and pharmacy benefit providers without explaining too well how much certain drug costs would increase.

Company started to have financial difficulties and was bought by Emerson and the decline began. Tons of layoffs, lack of safety and very unstable environment.

Certain limitations on benefits overall

- NI once used to be a place with low salaries, but great benefits and rock-solid job stability. Now after multiple CEOs and a merger by another giant company, it's now a place with low salaries, ok benefits (lousy health insurance), and poor job security (multiple layoffs + outsourcing) - RTO

Everything is going downhill for a few years now.

All the culture was lost after Emerson bought NI, and all the benefits and work-life balance were lost.
