* Instability, constant reorgs and pivots in leadership make for a very confusing working environment. * Even their brand and name have changed this year. The new brand now comes with a fake "compassionate corporate" culture, which can be a bit saccharine at times. * Below market compensation for all job functions is still a thing here. Even though ELT is making an effort to increase compensation to be competitive in the market, they are still off by a long shot. It's not unusual to hear of employees leaving and doubling their compensation at other companies. * Good employees are often overlooked and bypassed for promotions and recognition. * Ageism is a very real thing here. Once you hit 50, you're on the chopping block.

Below market compensation, a lot of turnover. Seems company has reached a growth plateau and struggling to find way past it.

Not much since NI's historical weaknesses on compensation and slow pace of execution have been addresses in recent years
