Pros

There is much growth happening here and this is a good company for an entry level employee, just out college to gain some experience before moving on.

Cons

Challenges are with old school way of thinking within management where they only look at candidates with degrees. Unless you want to work in customer service for the rest of your life, you better have some education as experience doesn't matter. HR is great except for a few bad seeds in the recruiting department. Pay is also not comparable to other local competition.

Pros

Management assesses and executes ideas from the ground up and the company is nimble enough to make change quickly.

Cons

Promotions are difficult to get unless you are proactive, but that's fine, just be proactive.

Pros

The introductory experience for newly graduated young professionals is very good, especially for those in the Ignition program. Decent PTO offering. Nice facilities. Competitive pay.

Cons

There’s a suffocating culture of fear in the claims department. People are constantly under threat of being fired. Upper management is totally unaware of the daily work and processes that the claims department performs, and therefore makes many miscalculated and misdirected decisions. Systems are complicated and hard to navigate. Performance is not measured with any specificity and expectations constantly change without any direct notice to the employees they affect. Extremely high turn over leads to constant reshuffling of workloads and confusion about leadership. HR will not assist employees with issues. Toxic “good ole boys” club culture - if you’re not accepted by a certain group of higher up men, you will be openly ridiculed and made fun of. Most people who work here are absolutely miserable.
