      Great orientation and training program for recent college grads. Caring managers that go to bat for you. Clear track for advancement and raises. Medium size company with a small company feel. Hybrid work option.

      Cons

      Decent to good PTO allotment. Could greatly improve maternity leave beyond current 6 week offer.
