Cons

You need to be a man to succeed here. The pay is not related to your performance. Make sure you drink the kool-aid because if you don't, you're labeled a pariah.

At one time was a great place,friendly, supportive and exciting. They have ok benefits and gym. But they lack in all qualities that make it a great place to work.

Cons

Management is like high school.. if you don't fit in their cliques then you don't excel. Hr department is rude, lacks compassion and will do anything to make things not their issue.
