Pros

National Interstate has proven to be an excellent place to work. The HR department is extremely welcoming and friendly, and they work hard to address the needs and concerns of employees. The culture is increasingly progressive and working to stay in line with the market. The VERY generous benefits package (plenty of PTO, great health insurance, good 401k company matching, excellent lunch program, onsite fitness, socials/parties, etc.) is a plus. The company is growing and has many development opportunities for current employees.

Cons

We are currently running out of space due to the growth of the company, but I believe this is being addressed.

You need to be a man to succeed here. The pay is not related to your performance. Make sure you drink the kool-aid because if you don't, you're labeled a pariah.
