      Pros

      Good culture Dedicated leadership team Great location Loyal employer- If you work hard, you will be rewarded

      Cons

      No flex time but you can pick the shift you work (in most departments) Younger company- Prior comment that mentions growing pains is accurate. Company is striving to improve their compensation and benefits structure

      Pros

      Young company with potential to grow. Great location. Does fun events for employees. Great co-workers that like to work hard and have fun. Ok place to be if you need a job.

      Cons

      Lean culture with no work-life balance. Poor compensation and benefit package. Some very strong leaders but also many inexperienced unqualified managers. Risk of company being purchased. Not a strategic company.

      Pros

      People are fun to work with.

      Cons

      Basically everything else besides the people. Pay isn't great and if your in the "in" group you will be promoted otherwise don't get your hopes up.
