You really can’t beat the culture. Everyone from the CEO to management to peers are wonderful to work with.

Small, Agile, Progressive, Simple, Transparent

Cons

Lacks strategy, Over compensates for gaps by living in an ambiguous atmosphere, Looks for direction to grow from the ground up vs the top-down (This approach may be preferred from some but I believe it leaves the team and group in a state of dissaray as multiple groups have no idea what others are doing and at times leaders in the dark of good and bad)
