      Good health care benefits; great coworkers

      Cons

      The org is incredibly top heavy; lots of bottlenecks within the org that go ignored and unaddressed while pushing for growth; not much room for upward mobility; capable people get overlooked for promotions & management hires from without.

      WFH, flexible schedule, some nice colleagues

      Cons

      Sadly this org has lost its edge. A revolving door at best in terms of staff retention. After two large layoffs and suspicious departures from the org, colleagues continue to drop like flies and who could blame them? There are a few good ones left but sadly their heavy hitters are mostly gone. SMT and ET aside from the CEO really need a refresh.
