Pros

Good pay. Federal holidays off paid. Good benefits. The longer you are there the more off time you can accrue.

Cons

Hiring to fill gender or racial quotas Managers show favoritism Nepotism is insane at many parks Sexually related jokes, even by management. People are often not only not punished, but promoted, even when they are known to tell vulgar jokes. Management protects management. Management turns a blind eye to unsafe work practices. Favorites are rewarded with bonuses.
