Depending on your position you can get to travel to some awesome places. Flexible work hours and leave policy - this is not true of all positions.

Cons

Rigid work structure and promotion potential. You can move up but you need to be willing to move in order to push your career forwards.

Great work environment, awesome co-workers, able to make a difference in a nation-wide mission, many diverse job opportunities and opportunities for cross training. ability to work outdoors.

Cons

difficult to secure permanent employment, many jobs are seasonal or temporary and may require you to move or relocate in order to maintain employment.
